Slitter II (D Shift - Night)

Shurtape Technologies, LLC · Hickory, NC · 1 mo ago
On-siteOTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: company description, why work with us, what we offer, more than just tapes, we ask for the best, summary of position, essential duties and responsibilities. There's no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need headings: maybe "About the role" (summary of position), "Responsibilities" (essential duties), maybe "Qualifications" (none explicit), "Skills" (none explicit). The posting does not list qualifications or skills explicitly. So we should not create those sections unless there is real content. The posting includes "We Ask for the Best, and Offer the Best in Return" but not specific qualifications. So we should not create Qualifications or Skills sections. We need to include "About the role" heading with summary of position content. Then "Responsibilities" heading with essential duties list. Also maybe "About the company" but not required headings list; we can use "About the role" for summary. Could also include a short paragraph about company as part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role and Responsibilities. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the company description etc. Where to put? Possibly within About the role section we can include the company overview and why work with us etc. But the instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include paragraphs about company, mission, etc. The About the role section could contain the company description and the summary of position. We need to use

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So essential duties list should be
    • ... each duty as
    • . Also maybe the "What We Offer" list could be a list but not under a heading? It could be part of About the role as a list. The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should treat any list as
        • . The "What We Offer" bullet points are a list; we could include them under About the role as a list. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, why work with us, what we offer, more than just tapes, we ask for the best, summary of position, essential duties. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's none visible. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Summary Of Position The Slitter Operator sets up and operates a manual slitter and/or automatic slitter and associated packing lines. This position follows safety rules and work instructions while fulfilling shop floor work orders to achieve consistent quality of slit products; maintains production records on simple forms; troubleshooting and problem-solving; and participates in activities designed to improve quality or lower manufacturing costs.

          Responsibilities

          • Sets up and operates slitter according to established procedures
          • Maintain safety, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance programs
          • Ensure finishing equipment is working correctly, troubleshoot, perform safety inspects and complete required documentation, perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment, and initiate work orders for repairs
          • Instruct trainees in all phases of slitter operation and record keeping
          • Read simple measurements, gauges, and meters
          • Record output results on required documents and/or into computer
          • Perform yardage checks, record results, and set slitter yardage counter
          • Read tags to ensure that proper materials are retrieved/used
          • Issue hold tags; send samples to lab
          • Ensure correct materials and supplies are retrieved for optimum quality
          • Maintain manual and/or electronic production records
          • Perform equipment change-over and splices
          • Perform data-entry on SAP
          • Participate in S4 continuous improvement team meetings and projects
          • Apply S4 concepts to work cells
          • Communicate any equipment problems and maintenance issues from shift
          • Apply all safety rules when entering the manufacturing facility
We need to ensure no extra sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also ensure we didn't include any placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check for duplication: The essential duties list includes many items; we kept them. Make sure we didn't miss any substantive info: The "What We Offer" bullet list we turned into prose sentences; we could also make a list but it's not duties/requirements/benefits; it's more like benefits but not explicit benefits heading. The instruction says use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. "What We Offer" could be considered benefits but we don't have a Benefits heading; we could still include as a list under About the role. However we turned them into prose sentences; that may lose the list structure but still preserves info. The instruction says use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It's not mandatory to use list for other lists, but we could. Safer to keep as list? The instruction: "Use
              • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So if it's a list of benefits, we should use

                • . The "What We Offer" is a list of offerings/benefits. So we should make a
                  • list for that. However we don't have a Benefits heading; we could embed the list inside About the role section. That's okay. Thus we need to adjust: In About the role, after the paragraph about company, we could have a
                    • list for What We Offer, More Than Just Tapes..., We Ask for the Best..., etc. But those are multiple paragraphs; we could combine them into a list. Better: Keep About the role as a

containing company description and why work with us etc, then a

                      • for What We Offer, then a

for More Than Just Tapes..., then a

for We Ask for the Best..., then a

for Summary Of Position. That preserves info. But the instruction: Use

                        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to identify lists. The "What We Offer" is a list of bullet points (though originally not formatted as bullets but as sentences separated by spaces). It's definitely a list of offerings. So we should make a
                          • . Similarly, "More Than Just Tapes..." is a paragraph, not a list. "We Ask for the Best..." is also a paragraph. So we will treat only the What We Offer as a list. Thus final HTML:
