Slitter II (D Shift - Night)
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to keep core content: description of company, why work with us, what we offer, more than just tapes, summary of position, essential duties, qualifications, physical demands, work environment, benefits list.
We need to decide sections: Could have "About the role" (summary of position), "Responsibilities" (essential duties), "Requirements" (qualifications), "Skills" maybe not separate, "Benefits" (list of benefits), maybe "Work Environment" could be part of responsibilities? But we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. So we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Work Environment (maybe as its own section). Pay and Schedule not present, so omit.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the text essentially same but wrapped in appropriate tags.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
About the role
Join a Team That Sticks Together! At Shurtape Technologies, we know how to make things stick. As a leading manufacturer and marketer of adhesive tape, we pride ourselves on creating innovative solutions for a variety of industries. We have facilities all around the world, including in the U.S., U.K., Germany, Mexico, China, and more. In addition to our specialty adhesive products, we offer well-known brands like Duck®, FrogTape®, Painter’s Mate®, Shurtape®, T-Rex®, Kip®, and Pro Tapes®.
Maybe also include "Why Work with Us?" and "What We Offer" and "More Than Just Tapes..." Could combine into About the role? But better to have separate sections: "Why Work with Us?" maybe as part of About the role? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should map content to those headings. So we need to decide which content fits each.
About the role: could include company overview and why work with us? Might be okay.
Responsibilities: essential duties.
Requirements: qualifications (knowledge, skill, ability). Could also include physical demands? Might be separate but we don't have a heading for physical demands; could include under Requirements or maybe as part of Responsibilities? Probably include under Requirements.
Skills: maybe not needed if not explicit; but we could list skills from qualifications: ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently, team player, manual dexterity, organizational skills, knowledge of production schedules, basic math, computer skills, data entry, ability to make length measurements, read gauges and meters. That could be Skills.
Qualifications: maybe overlapping with Requirements. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we treat Requirements as the list of job requirements (ability to follow instructions etc.) and Qualifications as education/experience? Not given. Could combine.
Better: Use sections: About the role (company overview, why work with us, what we offer, more than just tapes), Responsibilities (essential duties), Requirements (job requirements), Skills (skills list), Benefits (benefits list). Work Environment maybe could be part of Responsibilities or About the role? Might be omitted if not covered by headings. But we have substantive content about work environment (high noise, humidity, PPE). Could fit under Responsibilities? Not really. Could be its own section but not in allowed list. However instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. But they say "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect those headings only. Safer to stick to those.
Thus we need to map work environment content somewhere, maybe under Responsibilities (as part of duties) or About the role (as part of company description). Could add a paragraph under About the role describing work environment.
Similarly, physical demands could be under Requirements or Skills.
Let's design:
