Responsibilities

• Play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality food by performing essential production tasks and supporting your coworkers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment, help maintain a safe and efficient production line, and ensure our products reach families across America.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and teamwork standards.
• Operate meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Support coworkers and work collaboratively to meet production demands.

Requirements

• Technical knowledge of computerized equipment.
• Physical demands: continuous/repetitive movement, standing for up to 12 hours, working in cold and warm environments, working around animal blood and carcass parts, working with knives, working in noisy environments, working with sanitation/cleaning chemicals, working around strong smells/odors, climbing, moving on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways and platforms, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs, and lifting up to 60 lbs with mechanical assistance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to work shifts and may be required to work overtime.
