Responsibilities
- Serve as a contact for plant leadership, shift lead, and supervisor, effectively communicating any potential issues.
- Maintain an orderly, sanitary, and safe environment on production lines.
- Operate and changeover the Sleever in a timely manner.
- Ensure Sleever is centered before and after production.
- Work collaboratively with maintenance during breakdowns to understand Sleever functions.
- Troubleshoot Sleever problems to identify actual faults.
- Control and adjust machine settings for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain factory OEE standards.
- Fill out daily production logs and paperwork as needed for proper documentation.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work area.
- Effectively communicate operational issues with Plant Leadership.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow and monitor GMP, HACCP guidelines, Injury & Illness Prevention Program, Food Safety, LOTO, & SOPs procedures.
- Aid in providing safe working conditions for all employees and visitors.
- Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with all visitors, employees, and management.
- Assist in testing the quality of products and materials with the QA department.
- Efficiently start-up and shut down production lines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to speak, write, and read English is required. Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, bend over, climb stairs and ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.

- Proficiency: Must have ERP experience and basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Experience: 2 years' experience in manufacturing - production is preferred.
