Sleeper Team CDL Truck Driver

About the Role

Join a national network of reliable tractor trailer drivers as part of a sleeper team. In this role, you’ll partner with another UPS driver and take turns behind the wheel on long-haul routes between UPS facilities. Sleeper teams, sometimes called OTR (Over-the-Road) drivers, cover long distances in well-maintained UPS trucks and return home after 4–6 days on the road. Work includes days, nights, and/or weekends for trips lasting 4-6 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer units on long-haul routes between UPS facilities
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
• Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL license in your home state
• Doubles/Triples endorsement may be required depending on location
• Pass the DOT physical
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Reliability, responsibility, and a passion for truck driving

Pay

Base pay for this position is $30.00/hour.

Schedule

Long-haul trips lasting 4–6 days, with return home afterward. Work includes days, nights, and/or weekends.
