Role Overview: Responsible for performing, coordinating, and scoring sleep-related physiologic studies, including overnight polysomnographic tests and home sleep apnea assessments. Provides patient care through technological and therapeutic interventions while collaborating with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct sleep studies using various PAP therapies and monitor physiologic parameters.Document and track patient data, equipment, and supplies accurately.Score studies per AASM guidelines and address technical and interpersonal issues.Supervise, mentor, and educate PSG Tech and CPSGT team members. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED, BLS certification, and current RPSGT/RST or CRT license.Proficiency in patient care, safety, documentation, and using sleep study equipment.Strong communication, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and team collaboration skills.Flexibility to work variable shifts, including nights. Physical & Additional Requirements: Ability to read monitors, manipulate delicate equipment, communicate effectively, and, if applicable, drive. Prior clinical or patient care experience and certifications like PALS, ACLS, or NRP are preferred.
