What You'll Do

• Engage in Sleep Outfitter's sales processes and post-purchase programs to build lasting relationships with Guests.
• Use the Personal Sleep Profile to assess needs and make recommendations for sleep solutions.
• Expand knowledge on our products and the importance of better sleep to enhance Guest relationships.
• Maintain a professional store environment to support the Guest experience.
• Engage in community activities to raise awareness about the importance of sleep and Sleep Outfitters' services.
• Execute company initiatives and demonstrate our values in all interactions with Guests and Sales Consultants.

Requirements

• Smart, hungry, and nice personality
• Experience in retail sales or commissioned sales is preferred but not required
• Technical savvy with ability to use various computer programs and mobile/app-based technologies
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Work Environment

This position requires weekend hours, key sales events including holidays, and evening hours.
