A Day in the Life

• Build lasting relationships with all Guests using Sleep Outfitter's sales processes and post-purchase programs.
• Assess needs and make recommendations using the Personal Sleep Profile.
• Expand knowledge on products and the importance of better sleep to provide the best solutions.
• Maintain a professional store environment to support the Guest experience.
• Create awareness about the importance of sleep and how Sleep Outfitters can help in the community.
• Execute company initiatives and demonstrate company values in all interactions with Guests and Sales Consultants.

Sales Consultant Role

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales or commissioned sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

This position requires weekend hours, key sales events including holidays, and evening hours.
