About the role
Valley View's Sleep Medicine Department is seeking a full-time Coordinator to assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration. The role includes providing education to patients on the use of HST equipment, ensuring proper equipment fit at pickup, and educating patients on home and in-lab sleep studies, procedures, duration, and expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Background in customer service with impeccable phone etiquette.
- Medical office and billing experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be a team player.

Pay
Annual salary with bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
