Sleep Lab Coordinator
Position Summary
Arranges for the efficient and orderly registration of all sleep lab patients. Ensures that accurate patient demographic information is collected and/or verified. Distributes appropriate documentation to treating departments. Request service deposits and performs all cashier related duties. Participates in the department's performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments as necessary and follows up on patients needing further testing. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field preferred.
- Prior Experience: One year of clerical experience required.
- Minimum of one year experience in medical related customer service with strong communication skills preferred.
