Sleep Center Coordinator
About the role
The Sleep Center Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the Sleep Lab and Sleep Apnea Services program at Adventist Health Hanford.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians to coordinate services across departments
- Maintain equipment and policies to support the efficient delivery of high-quality sleep diagnostic services
Requirements
- Current Epic EMR experience required (EPIC Backfill Assignment)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a sleep center or related clinical setting preferred
- Experience coordinating sleep lab operations and staff
- Knowledge of sleep study procedures, regulatory standards, and patient safety
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Pay
- Pay Rate: $38–$40/hour
- Estimated Weekly Pay (36 Hours): $1,368–$1,440/week
- Estimated Weekly Pay (48 Hours): $1,824–$1,920/week
Schedule
- Day Shift
- 12-hour shifts
- 3 days per week
