Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and email.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on network equipment.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect customer networks.
Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience with Cisco networking products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a background check.
Skills
Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, and network management software.
