SLED Regional Sales Manager

About the role

Responsible for leading a team of developers in the design and implementation of new software features. Manage project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead development projects from conception to deployment
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project scope and requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience leading software development teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python)
