About the role
Iron Mountain is seeking an Account Executive, State, Local Government, and Education (SLED) to join the Iron Mountain Government Solutions team. This role involves driving revenue growth, cultivating relationships, and aligning mission outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth and Strategic Account Planning
- Cultivate Trusted Customer Relationships and Collaborate Internally
- Ensure Mission Alignment and Strategic Capture Execution
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct state and local government sales experience
- Strong knowledge of procurement, budget, and acquisition cycles for SLED accounts
- Proven ability in consultative sales, including prospecting, negotiating, and translating customer needs into solution requirements
- University/college degree or relevant experience in a related field
- Must be based in the West Coast
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ECM, BPO, workflow, and CRM solutions
- Experience reading, understanding, and responding to complex contracts, RFIs, RFPs, and SOWs

Pay
Reasonably expected salary range: $93,400.00 - $124,500.00 + commissions.
