Responsibilities
- Monitor carcasses and processing aids
- Check spray nozzle patterns
- Titrating organic acids
- Visual inspections of product
- Maintain sanitary dressing
- Communicate with production personnel
- Sample and perform pre-operational environmental inspections
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HACCP Process (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Experience with email communications and Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Beef products knowledge is preferred
- Ability to withstand extreme hot/cold environments
- Read, write, and speak English
