Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Solution Owner

In this role, you'll be working directly with a Slalom Program Lead. What You’ll DoOwn and communicate the overall solution vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements based on organizational goals and expected outcomes.Align stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure shared understanding and commitment.Drive future-state process design and make decisions that support long-term business objectives.Serve as the primary decision-maker for solution scope, priorities, and business tradeoffs.Partner with delivery teams, architects, and subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business needs.Evaluate solution performance and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes and value realization.Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may impact solution success.Support organizational readiness, adoption, and change management activities as needed. What You’ll Bring10+ years of experience in Solution Ownership, Product Ownership, Business Transformation, Business Analysis, or a related role.Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills.Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable solution requirements and priorities.Experience driving business process improvement and future-state operating model design.Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.Background working with Agile delivery teams.Experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or technology-enabled business change.Consulting experience or experience partnering with executive stakeholders. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
