We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Who You’ll Work With", "What You’ll Do", "What You’ll Bring", "About Us", "Compensation and Benefits". Also maybe "Role" line is title, not heading. We should not repeat job title as heading. Use h3 for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodations, etc. Also remove navigation/legal/EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove cookie/navigation etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we need sections: Who You’ll Work With, What You’ll Do, What You’ll Bring, About Us, Compensation and Benefits. Possibly also "Role" not needed. Also maybe "Location" info? The posting mentions travel requirement and locations: "Please note: This role requires regular travel to local jobsites as well as some out of state travel. We are seeking candidates local to these areas: Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, and Dallas. Out of state travel will be covered." This is substantive info about travel and location. Should we include as a section? Could be part of "What You’ll Bring" or separate "Travel & Location". But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However instructions: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning we can use those headings but not required to exactly match? It says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those headings if appropriate. But we also have sections like Who You’ll Work With etc. The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests using those typical headings. However we need to preserve content; we could map content to those headings: About the role (maybe "Who You’ll Work With"?), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You’ll Bring), Benefits (Compensation and Benefits), Pay (hourly range), Schedule (maybe travel schedule?). But we must not create sections with filler text. If we create Pay section, we have actual pay range: $60/hr-$80/hr. So we can include Pay section. Schedule: we have travel requirement and location; could be considered schedule? Might be okay. But we need to avoid placeholder like "not specified". We have specifics: regular travel to local jobsites, some out of state travel, candidates local to those areas, out of state travel covered. That's substantive. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: we have details about benefits: meaningful time off, paid holidays, parental leave, 401(k) with match, range of choices for highly subsidized health, dental, & vision coverage, adoption and fertility assistance, short/long-term disability, yearly $350 reimbursement account for well-being-related expenses, discounted home, auto, and pet insurance. That's substantive. Thus we can produce sections: About the role (maybe "Who You’ll Work With"), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements (What You’ll Bring), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe About Us? Could be part of About the role? But we have About Us section describing company. Could be included as About the role? Or we could add an "About the company" but not in list. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine About Us into About the role or maybe omit if redundant. But we need to preserve all substantive info; About Us is substantive. Could we put it under About the role heading? That heading is for role description; but we could include both Who You’ll Work With and About Us under About the role? Might be mixing. Better to have separate sections: About the role (Who You’ll Work With), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, and maybe About the company (but not in list). However instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should stick to those to be safe. Could we incorporate About Us into About the role? Possibly as a paragraph about the company within About the role. That would preserve info. Let's do that. Thus sections: - About the role: includes Who You’ll Work With and About Us description. - Responsibilities: What You’ll Do (list) - Requirements: What You’ll Bring (list) - Benefits: Compensation and Benefits (list) - Pay: hourly range - Schedule: travel and location info We must not repeat job title as heading. Use h3 for each. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's extract details. Pay: Hourly pay range: $60/hr-$80/hr. Also note that actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, other factors; range subject to change. We should preserve that info. It's substantive. So we can put in
