Skyline - Concierge (Part-Time / On-Call)

Responsibilities

• Assist with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
• Take calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and perform other front desk duties as assigned
• Provide exceptional customer service to the team
• Perform general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes)
• Distribute packages, mail, and other deliveries
• Maintain office supplies and order new inventory as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred

Qualifications

• Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines
• Completion of background check and drug screening
• Pre‑employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines

Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
