About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Chef de Cuisine at Sky High by Jean-Georges to join their culinary team. The position involves facilitating kitchen operations, providing leadership, and managing the culinary department.
Responsibilities
- Facilitates the organization of kitchen operations
- Provides leadership and management for the culinary department
- Establishes efficient systems and processes to ensure adherence to standards
- Works closely with Jean-Georges Management to uphold the partnership's culinary vision
- Aligns on menu development and executes experiences reflecting the Jean-Georges brand and Four Seasons standards
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience, ideally including 2 years in a similar management role
- Requires ability to operate computer equipment and food & beverage computer systems
- Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools

Schedule & Hours
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, the Chef de Cuisine is expected to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
