SKS/Builder Product Trainer

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Showroom Manager with a dotted line to the National Training Manager.
• Develop and maintain curriculum for SKS/LG products used at all SKS Experience & Design Centers/Showrooms.
• Deliver product presentations and ensure proper display onsite.
• Cook up coordination of the implementation of surveys and regularly report survey results for all trainings and events.
• Communicate effectively with showroom guests and internal sales and showroom teams to steward agendas and manage group events onsite.
• Ensure setup of necessary materials for trainings and events, including brand and product collateral to supplement training.
• Manage product assets onsite, including new product installations, and work with the product team to align showroom products with the training curriculum.
• Represent the luxury brand appropriately in tone and manner for SKS brand representation.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury appliances.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital training tools for dynamic audience engagement.
