Responsibilities

• Enjoy our thoughtful, four-step hiring process, including a background check and two interviews.
• Pass 2 interviews, 1 background check, and 20 hours of classroom and field training.
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and seek continuous improvement and positive solutions.
• Create tail-wagging, joy-sparking experiences for our furry friends, our team, and the community we love.

Requirements

We only bring the best of the best on board. We hire dog-loving people with professional pet care experience who demonstrate trustworthiness, reliability, strong judgment, and love for pets.

Qualifications

Top candidates will have professional pet care experience and a passion for dogs. They should also be able to pass a background check and complete 20 hours of classroom and field training.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to handle stress, and a positive attitude are essential. Experience working with dogs is a plus.
