About the role
Sephora Embarcadero is looking for experienced, passionate skincare experts to join our team as Skincare Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable skincare service to all clients.
- Greet all clients in-store with enthusiasm.
- Determine client’s needs and suggest products to meet those needs.
- Communicate product knowledge to clients.
- Assist in identifying opportunities within the store and propose solutions.
- Provide makeovers to clients as required.
- Operate POS systems.
Requirements
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Cosmetic experience is desirable.
- 1-3 years of experience in the retail or service industry.
- High school graduate.
