Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, including opening and closing the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Pay

$0.14 - $0.18 per hour (plus unlimited commission opportunity)
