Job Summary
Responsible for supervising the assigned client, building positive relationships, being a role model, and supporting clients in their mental health recovery.
Essential Duties
- Model behavior and act as a role model.
- Provide quality activities that align with client’s goals.
- Build trust through commitment and consistency.
- Encourage the child to reach their full potential.
- Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and county staff.
- Attend Plan of Care meetings and monthly supervision as required.
- Enter case notes for each meeting.
- Report any criminal activity, abuse, or unusual happenings to your immediate supervisor/county crisis line.
- Meet Lad Lake training requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- You must be 21 or older.
- You must show proof of degrees, certifications, and specific skills.
- You must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- You must show proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
- You must have good communication skills.
Pay
- $18 for high school diploma, GED, or associates degree.
- $20 for bachelor’s degree.
- $27 for master’s degree.
- $37 for master’s degree with license.
