Job Summary

Responsible for supervising the assigned client, building positive relationships, being a role model, and supporting clients in their mental health recovery.

Essential Duties

  • Model behavior and act as a role model.
  • Provide quality activities that align with client’s goals.
  • Build trust through commitment and consistency.
  • Encourage the child to reach their full potential.
  • Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and county staff.
  • Attend Plan of Care meetings and monthly supervision as required.
  • Enter case notes for each meeting.
  • Report any criminal activity, abuse, or unusual happenings to your immediate supervisor/county crisis line.
  • Met Lad Lake training requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • You must be 21 or older.
  • You must show proof of degrees, certifications, and specific skills.
  • You must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • You must show proof of 100,000/300,000 Bodily Injury Auto Liability Insurance and 100,000 Property Damage Auto Liability Insurance.
  • You must have good communication skills.

Pay

  • $18 for high school diploma, GED, or associates degree.
  • $20 for bachelor’s degree.
  • $27 for master’s degree.
  • $37 for master’s degree with license.
