What You’ll Do

• Teach accredited HVAC technologies, balancing classroom learning with live lab practice
• Run engaging, safety-first labs using the latest tools and systems
• Build lesson plans tied to industry standards and certification outcomes
• Give timely feedback, track progress, and champion student growth
• Collaborate with fellow faculty to enhance the program launch and beyond
• Keep your skills sharp with current HVAC trends and techniques
• Coach for certification exams and long-term career success

What It Takes

• 5+ years as an HVAC Technician
• A high school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication and interpersonal strengths
• The ability to motivate and engage adult learners
• An authentic passion for teaching and mentoring
