Skilled Production Associate – Welding/Brazing

About the role

This isn’t just torch work. As a Brazer, you’ll be trained to join and assemble copper and metal components with precision. Your work is critical to ensuring strength, quality, and performance in every coil we produce. Clean, modern facility. Hands-on work where detail matters. Responsibilities

• Braze copper components using proper techniques
• Set up and maintain brazing equipment
• Inspect joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak-free performance
• Read work instructions and follow production specifications
• Handle materials safely and efficiently
• Work as part of the production team to meet daily output goals

Schedule

This role supports our night shift operation. Typical schedule: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM. Overtime is common as we continue expanding this area of the business.

Pay
