Skilled Nursing Regional Director of Business Development

About the role
The Regional Director of Business Development will provide strategic leadership to community-based teams, focusing on census growth, referral development, market positioning, and achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing regional strategies, identifying market opportunities, strengthening referral partnerships, and building high-performing teams for sustainable growth. This role supports locations in Bay City, Beeville, Bellville, Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi Villas, Cotulla, Portland, River Ridge, and Sealy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive census growth.
- Build and strengthen referral partnerships within the region.
- Lead and mentor high-performing business development teams.
- Analyze market trends and develop actionable growth plans.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare or skilled nursing.
- Regional or multi-site experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive census growth and develop referral relationships.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, computer applications, and social media marketing.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
