About the role
Under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Skilled Maintenance Operator is responsible for all aspects of the equipment operation, inspection and maintenance, as well as daily documentation in maintenance logs. May be required to drive between multiple campuses as needed. Will be working with electrical, HVAC, plumbing. Will be required to be on call.

- Be available for on-call duties
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education
- Completion of technical courses preferred
- Minimum 3 years previous hospital facilities maintenance experience preferred
Qualifications
- Stationary engineer, boiler certification, HVAC, or other applicable trade certification or license with experience preferred
- Universal EPA license preferred
- Valid Texas Driver’s license required

- Able to read and write English
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
