Join CentroMotion's Weekend Advantage Crew and work a schedule that gives you weekdays free for family, school, appointments, or personal pursuits. After paid training on 1st shift, you transition to a weekend schedule while earning competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery and automated equipment
- Perform machine setup and adjustments
- Conduct quality inspections
- Record production data and documentation
- Monitor equipment performance
- Identify and report production issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable work history and attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Preferred:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Manufacturing experience
- Experience reading work instructions, routers, or BOMs
- Desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing career
Skills
Ability to stand for extended periods, frequent bending, reaching, and movement, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Pay
Starting pay: $21.50 - $22.43 per hour + Weekend Shift Premium. Annual Bonus Opportunity, Referral Bonus Program, Quarterly Perfect Attendance Bonus.
Schedule
Paid training on 1st shift (Monday‑Friday) required before transitioning to the Weekend Advantage Crew schedule. After certification, work weekends with weekdays free for personal pursuits.
