Skilled Landscaper

About the Role

To assist with the delivery of landscape construction projects, working safely and efficiently as part of a team. They will assist skilled landscapers in carrying out soft and hard landscaping activities such as planting, paving and soil preparation.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials
• Assisting with paving, edging and fencing installation
• Topsoil preparation and grading
• Planting, turfing and seeding
• Operating hand tools safely
• Maintaining clean and safe work areas
• Assisting plant operators and skilled landscapers

Health & Safety Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with company Health & Safety policies
• Follow company RAMS, PPE requirements and environmental procedures

Requirements

• Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Be reliable and punctual
• Must be physically fit and capable of outdoor work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK
• Valid green CSCS Labourers card (ROLO)
• Full UK Driving License

Qualifications

• First Aid training (desirable)
• Manual Handling (desirable)
• Previous landscaping or construction experience (desirable)

Pay

• PAYE: £27,000 - £32,000
• CIS: £140 - £170 per day
