Skilled Laborer Henderson Mill -Water

About the role

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Laborer to support a wastewater treatment plant project at Henderson Mill, located in Parshall, CO, near Silverthrone. The project involves extensive excavation, concrete, interior piping, and equipment work, expected to last for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects.
• Prepare surfaces for paving.
• Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure the job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Perform materials handling and storage.
• Provide labor support as needed for specialty crews.
• Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials.
• Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Walk and stand for long periods of time.
• Perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
• Good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination.
• Able to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience.
