Skilled Laborer

About the role

Responsible for performing building envelope repair tasks including but not limited to roof repairs, siding installations, and window replacements. Works closely with project managers to ensure quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Performing detailed inspections of buildings to identify damage areas
• Assessing structural integrity and recommending appropriate repair methods
• Installing new materials such as roofing shingles, siding panels, and windows
• Maintaining safety standards and following all company policies
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related construction experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment
• Knowledge of building codes and industry standards
• Experience with common building materials

Pay

$18 - $25 per hour based on experience
