Skilled Handyman

We’re looking for an experienced, dependable handyman to help with ongoing improvements, remodeling, repairs, and general upkeep at our home in Parker. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and can see a project through from start to finish. **Se habla español.** Skills Required Finish carpentry, including trim, doors, shelving, and cabinetry Basement finishing Bathroom remodels Drywall installation, patching, finishing, and texture matching Tile installation and repairs Painting, including surface preparation, walls, ceilings, and trim General construction, home repairs, and maintenance Ability to plan projects, identify materials needed, and solve problems independently What We’re Looking For Proven experience and quality workmanship Dependability, clear communication, and follow through Respect for our home, family, and privacy Clean, organized work habits Reliable transportation and tools appropriate for the work Ability to meet agreed project timelines and milestones Verifiable references. References will be checked. Pay And Availability $35 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills, as an independent contractor or subcontractor. Up to 40 hours of work available per week depending on projects and scheduling. Payments will be made weekly by check or electronic transfer according to an agreed payment schedule and project milestones. Project timelines and completion expectations will be agreed upon before work begins. Continued work will depend on quality workmanship, reliability, and meeting those commitments.
