Responsibilities
- Execute general maintenance tasks including tile, painting, flooring, and plumbing.
- Travel to various job sites, potentially as far as Baton Rouge, to complete assigned work.
- Conduct hands-on tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling using necessary tools.
- Evaluate and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Possession of reliable transportation for travel between job sites.
- Own essential tools such as a saw, multitool, drill, and tape measure.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a commitment to safety and quality.
