Your Role

• Lead carpentry projects with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain our high standards and safety protocols.
• Perform on-site assessments and provide estimates.
• Address client needs professionally.
• Train apprentices all aspects of the job with proper techniques and efficiency.
• Help paint crew when needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential/commercial carpentry and painting experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Expertise in carpentry and painting techniques and equipment.
• Valid driver's license
