About the role

We're looking for a Skilled Carpenter to take ownership of job sites, manage trades, and deliver quality work—on time and on budget. This is an opportunity to lead crews, run projects, and grow into a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day job site operations—scheduling, field oversight, and trade coordination
• Perform hands-on carpentry: framing, crown molding, door/window casing, baseboards, fixtures, and hardware
• Rough frame walls, ceilings, and roofs
• Repair or replace patios, decks, doors, cabinets, and appliances
• Handle necessary demolition to prep for repairs
• Read plans and follow scopes of work accurately
• Work with the Project Management team to solve problems and maintain schedules
• Keep job sites safe and compliant (signage, OSHA basics)

Requirements

• 5+ years carpentry experience in remodeling (required)
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building codes
• Experience with detailed, complex projects
• Ability to lead, communicate, and report progress clearly
• Willing to learn basic job-tracking software
