Skilled Auto Body Technician (2nd Shift) - $8,000 Bonus

We are seeking an Experienced Heavy Body Technician (Autobody Repair Technician) with a minimum of five years of professional automotive bodywork experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Train other autobody technicians.
• Perform extensive bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding/stapling, heavy metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding, roof and rocker panel repair, and large‑area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use required safety equipment (face shield/goggles, non‑slip shoes, gloves, mask, etc.).
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a complete background check; role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Pay

$33–$41 per hour.

Schedule

Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to meet customer delivery commitments.
