SkillBridge Mission Operations Associate

About the role

This SkillBridge internship offers hands-on experience as a Mission Operations Associate (MOA) at Forterra. Mission Operation Associates support the delivery, scale, and success of our customer accounts. Working across Forterra's growth, engineering, and product teams, our MOA's help support our customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Forterra products in support of their missions.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential new business opportunities.
• Supporting the development of business cases and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
• Aiding in the preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for potential customers and partners.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to align business objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for a SkillBridge program opportunity.
• A strong interest in defense and dual-use technology, autonomous vehicles, mobility, and technology innovation.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
• Must be able to travel at least 50% of the time.

Pay

The pay for this position is $50,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this internship is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
