About the role
This internship provides structured on-the-job training designed to help you apply your military-acquired skills to a corporate setting.
Responsibilities
- Work with multiple departments to support operational workflows, customer interactions, data management, and process improvement initiatives.
- Observe, learn, and perform tasks that contribute to organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- Active-duty service member approved to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program.
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and adapt to new environments.
Qualifications
- Depending on the specific opportunity, experience in maintenance, mechanics, logistics, operations, administration, customer service, or related military occupational specialties.
- Familiarity with data entry, inventory systems, or workflow management tools.
- Understanding of standard operating procedures and quality-control principles.
- Demonstrated leadership, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in transitioning into a full-time civilian role within the industry following program completion.
