Essential Roles And Responsibilities

• Job Shadowing is specifically enabled for this position.
• Qualified Instructors that will teach you the responsibilities below.
• You will be instructed daily by qualified Terracon personnel.
• Under Terracon Instructor Supervision—manage the resources and employees on all assigned projects to ensure completion based on statement of work and contract.
• Along with a Terracon instructor—Visit each project site at the onset to create a set-up clipboard and to establish communications with project team.
• Under Terracon Instructor Supervision—monitor project and check-in on a bi-weekly basis.
• Under Terracon Instructor Supervision—review reports and track non-compliant reports through resolution.
• Ensure testing and inspections are completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
• Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor—review project budget at least 2x/month with Terracon management and coordinate on timely communication with client at designated budget milestones as directed by Terracon management.
• Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor—review plans and specifications, identify testing and inspection scope of work, and understand manpower needed to complete work.
• Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects.
• Perform pre-task planning prior to executing work.
• Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
• Look to instructors to teach the Terracon way of maintaining quality standards on all projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At a minimum, High school diploma or equivalent.
• SkillBridge Approved Applicant with Honorable Discharge pending.
• DD214 Is a must to apply.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
