What You Will Do:

• Training & mentorship opportunities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead cross-functional teams focused on identifying, containing, and resolving data integrity issues affecting F135 fleet readiness, airworthiness, and flight safety.
• Apply systems-level thinking, root cause analysis, and technical leadership to investigate issues, determine corrective actions, and support sustainable solutions.
• Work across engineering, quality, logistics, sustainment, program leadership, and government partners, including the F-35 Joint Program Office.
• Support issue-status reporting, technical findings, metrics, corrective-action plans, and stakeholder briefings.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree, 10 years of experience in engineering, project/program management, operations, or supply chain/logistics or an Advanced degree with 7 years of experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Human Factors, Business or Management
• Experience within Pratt & Whitney Military Engines organizational structures
• Experience with PowerBI, PowerAutomate, SharePoint ERP/CMMS data analysis experience
• AGILE project management experience
