SkillBridge (CSP) EMT- Temple, TX - Located in Temple, TX

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine necessary care.
• Deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment.
• Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.
• Create a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.
• Use EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment, and tools.
• Operate an ambulance according to company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate and work professionally with allied health and public safety personnel, as well as fellow EMTs.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.

Requirements

• Current Active-Duty Service Member.
• Military member eligible for DoD SkillBridge Qualifications.
• Available to participate for up to 90 days.
• Approval from unit commander and agreement to terminate participation if mission requirements dictate.
• Work remotely in the continental US.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• State EMT License (if applicable).
• State Driver’s License.
• BLS and NREMT certifications.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), some work experience in healthcare, and a current Active-Duty Service Member status meeting DoD SkillBridge Qualifications.
