Responsibilities

• Supervision: Direct and assign tasks to crew members, monitor performance, ensure daily time logging in JobTread.
• Coordination: Collaborate with superintendents and project managers, complete daily tasks and logs in JobTread.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect work for quality and specifications, address issues promptly.
• Safety: Follow safety procedures, report incidents, ensure compliance.
• Maintenance: Report equipment needs, perform daily inspections, ensure equipment is greased and in good condition.
• Communication: Share project updates, relay information between crew and superintendents.
• Technical Skills: Read pool design plans, facilitate excavation, install plumbing/conduits, construct equipment pads, install grounding grids, locate/repair leaks, and install winter covers.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool construction or related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license & DOT medical card required.
• Ability to read construction plans and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications for Project Management Team

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (pool industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in reading construction plans/blueprints.
• Knowledge of pool construction materials, equipment, and techniques.
• Familiarity with project management tools (JobTread experience a plus).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
