Skid Builder / Packager (Swing Shift)

What You'll Do

• Build and assemble wooden skids for shipping aerospace materials.
• Measure, cut, and fasten lumber using hand and power tools.
• Secure steel, titanium, and other materials to skids for safe transportation.
• Package customer orders according to aerospace quality standards.
• Verify shipments for accuracy before they leave the facility.
• Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.

What You Need to Have

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or packaging environments.
• Ability to accurately read tape measures and perform basic measurements.
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience handling heavy materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

The Musts

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Able to work the full swing shift schedule.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.

Preferred

• Previous skid building or crating experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Experience shipping industrial, steel, or aerospace materials.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
