Essential Functions

• Provide the best guest service based on Omni Service Standards.
• Report to the Ski School line‑up area at scheduled times.
• Be prepared for any lesson assigned by the Base Area supervisor.
• Participate in training provided by Ski School trainers.
• Teach all levels for which you are qualified according to PSIA/AASI standards.
• Manage class safety and risk awareness, including the Skiers Responsibility Code, Smart Style, lift loading, terrain choice, and accident handling/reporting.
• Maintain knowledge of all ski school programs.
• Understand resort and ski school policies and procedures based on Omni Resorts standards and staff manual.
• Work in interior hotel office conditions and exterior hotel areas with exposure to weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong blue‑level skier or rider based on Bretton Woods ability levels.
• Prior instructing experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected situations.
• Calm, friendly demeanor in stressful situations.
