About the Role

Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun, high-paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role involves high guest interaction, supporting children's programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations.

Responsibilities

  • Daily reservation and sales processing on resort operating systems
  • Set up and tear down of indoor facilities, ensuring clean, orderly, and welcoming work areas
  • Compliance with health code policies for facility cleanliness, including common areas, toys, and equipment
  • Maintain a clean and orderly facility accommodating high-volume guest flow
  • Facilitate games and activities for small children in indoor and outdoor settings
  • Adhere to corporate policy requiring a snow sports-specific helmet while skiing/riding or assisting lessons in uniform
  • Understand, lead, and model safety standards to contribute to a culture of health and safety
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills with guests and employees
  • Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry
  • Early childhood care experience preferred
  • Ski or snowboarding experience to assist lessons as necessary preferred
  • Must successfully pass a background check

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $20.00/hr – $31.00/hr, based on a variety of factors.

Schedule

  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
  • Shift Type: Full-time and part-time hours available
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
