About the role
We seek a passionate individual to join our team and help us continue delivering the unparalleled guest experience that sets us apart. As a Ski Instructor Assistant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you’ll be an essential part of creating unforgettable experiences for young and new skiers, assisting instructors both on the slopes and in the chalet.

Responsibilities
- Assist instructors during activities or group sessions to provide Snow sports instruction to guests of all ages.
- Offer assistance for Children's program, boot room and related office duties.
- Ensure safety of all guests and associates while on the ski hill.
- Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsport Center as assigned.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required to work 2nd shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
- Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude.
- Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children.
- Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet.
- Capable of working in extreme weather conditions.
