About the Role

Join our team at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a prestigious, full-service, AAA Four Diamond resort, and help deliver the unparalleled guest experience that sets us apart. As a Part Time Junior Ski Instructor, you’ll assist instructors in creating unforgettable experiences for young and new skiers, both on the slopes and in the chalet. Your role will include supporting children’s programs, managing the boot room, handling office tasks, and ensuring smooth operations in a fun and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance for skiing/snowboarding to beginner and intermediate guests.
• Ensure the safety of guests and associates at all times.
• Perform a variety of tasks around the Snowsport Center as assigned.
• Assist with various duties around the chalet, including office tasks and boot room management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; may be required to work 2nd shift.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training accepted.
• Beginner-level skier or snowboarder required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; positive attitude.
• Safety-minded, able to take direction well, and comfortable working with the public, including children.
• Willingness to assist with various duties around the chalet.
• Capable of working in extreme weather conditions and lifting 50 lbs.
