Responsibilities

• Handle money and financial payment for goods and services
• Must be able to enter information into SMS accurately
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Assist guests with any needs or challenges
• Assist with day to day operations of boot room
• Assist guest with rental equipment
• Assist with equipment repairs when needed
• Help keep rental room clean and organized
• Ensure safety of guests while at the ski hill
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude
• Enjoy working with the general public
• Take direction well
• Have flexible schedule – weekend, holiday and 2nd shift
• Must have good math skills
• Regular attendance required
• Be able to tolerate extreme weather conditions
• Willingness to help with a variety of duties in and around the chalet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Previous computer experience preferred
• Understands and prioritizes safety
